The lovely curve of the grouse’s head and neck inspired the roofline and inside a curved ceiling reminds visitors of a grouse’s belly. The entrance highlights a beautiful shade of blue from the grouse’s tail feathers. In addition, the use of British Columbia and Vancouver Island products, including the beams and locally quarried stone, a closed loop water system and geothermal energy ensured we were accountable to Mother Nature.Their knowledgeable tasting room staff will guide you through a tasting of our award winning wines and talk about the history and story of Blue Grouse.
