A unique adventurous 4 hour thrill stretches for nearly 10 miles on the lower section of the Bois Brule. Offering some of the most magnificent whitewater in the Midwest. You will embark on the kayak trip starting at Pine Tree canoe landing. Whether you choose a kayak or canoe, the crisp flow of the river starts as soon as your paddle blade hits the water. Dropping a magnificent 328 feet in the last 19 miles, this 10 mile section carries you through class I, II and III rapids. With almost 80 sets of rapids, you can espect to find rollers, eddies, chutes and ledges that describe this whitewater experience. Towering Spruce, Oak and Pine trees line the steep river banks emersed in the rich red clay that colors the water after rain falls. Wildlife is abundant, as with the rest of the river as you may see the plentiful animal...

Mays and Lenroot Ledges are 2 of the famous rapids that challenge the boaters and attract onlookers.
