Our Chef will explaine you all the types of flour, the amount of ingredients needed, how to manipulate the dough and the products used for making the sauce, following the traditional method for a tasty Neapolitan pizza.. You will discover the secrets for making a handmade gelato, the "gelato Buontalenti", which bears the name of the Florentine artist inventor of "gelato" in the Renaissance, surprising and thrilling the guests during a sumptuous banquet offered by Medici family. During the winter period instead, you will prepare the delicious and popular Italian Dessert “Tiramisu’”.
