This expertly guided meditation by our lead teacher and founder Ryan Nell however gives you a chance to relax and unwind. Ryan will let you relax deeply, let go of stress, and leave feeling refreshed and ready to embrace whatever comes next. Ryan has taught thousands of people how to meditate, appeared at large festivals across the UK, and worked with the likes of Google, Tate and Elemis to help their employees access true calm.

NB. This is not a typical yoga class, it is a meditation class. No movement required. Think of it as yoga for the mind!

Designed with the weary traveller in mind, this experience is designed to let you to put your feet up and relax. It is the perfect way to destress, wind down and finish your day.

We teach modern mindfulness, informed by the latest neuroscience, designed to fully equip you with the tools for life in the big city with all of its excitement and distractions. This class is guided, with the goal of teaching a skill that can be applied to life outside the studio.

Areas covered will include letting go, setting intentions, body scans, breathing techniques, loving-kindness, using a mantra, focus, and much more, with a different theme explored each week.

This is an open level class suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced practitioners. The teacher will adapt the class and give different options for students of different levels to explore.

Wear comfortable clothing with layering to adjust for studio temperature.During this guided 45 minute meditation class, we will teach you how to meditate (or if you have experience, how to deepen your practice).
