We have a large wine-tasting room dedicated, where the guests can sit at tables. They will taste 4 wines (2 IGT Toscana Wines, 1 Chianti Classico and 1 Chianti Classico Riserva): for each wine we are explaining how it is composed and its flavours and so on …Guests will visit our wine/olive-oil farm TERRE DI PERSETO, including our cellars, wine-tasting room, and so on . Is it possible eventually to walk among our vineyards. The tasting is accompanied by a large selection of Tuscan delicacies, such as: 4 different "bruschettas" (2 vegetarian seasonings + 2 extra virgin olive-oil seasonings), a selection of 2 local cheeses, a selection of local sliced cured meats (salami, ham...), a mix of grilled and marinated vegetables.

It is possible eventually to make a short walk in our vineyards.
The tasting is accompanied by many Tuscan delicacies, such as: 4 different "bruschettas"/toasted Tuscan bread (2 of them are seasoned with vegetarian sauces and 2 of them are seasoned with 2 of our extra virgin olive oils), 2 local cheeses, a selection of local sliced cured meats (salami, ham...), a mix of grilled and marinated vegetables. All is very large in quantity.
Extra food/wines/liquors/spirits may be added paying an extra fee directly at our place.
