Guided online tour due to the racist nationalist situation that is happening today. The story of the colonial era is told mostly from a Spanish Latino perspective, disconnecting the importance and significant contributions of black-Afro-descendant culture to the Dominican Republic, almost leaving an empty bias on the resistance of the African diasporas on the island. I intend to provide a historical look at what happened during the period of slavery in addition to the current look at Dominicanness and its identity that does not correspond to the Afro heritage. You will receive an email with the steps to follow.
