A 2.5 hour workshop in Brussels where you will make yourself more than 35 chocolates of two different types: pralines and beggars. You will also enjoy a delicious homemade hot chocolate together. No culinary experience or skill is necessary to have a good time! Help, ingredients and materials are included. Special diets: The whole workshop is available in vegan or lactose-free versions with the exception of hot chocolate. It is also possible to do it without nuts and gluten. Our workshop is currently not available without sugar, white or milk chocolate.

Itinerary Details

Learn the basics of chocolate making and make your pralines yourself from A to Z in 2h30! We provide you with everything you need: equipment, ingredients and recipes. You don't have to be a great chef to participate, we're here from start to finish to help you! Children (min 12 years old) are also welcome, accompanied by at least one participating adult.
After a short introduction we get to work, divided into teams of 2 to 3 participants, we start by tempering the chocolate.
Once the tempering is finished, step by step you start preparing your own pralines: shells, filling (ganache) until the pralines close. At each stage the animator gives a demonstration.
While your pralines harden in the fridge, you make your own chocolate beggars: a crunchy chocolate base on which are dried fruits / sugar decorations.
Before you can unmold and pack your own chocolates, we finish the workshop by preparing a delicious Belgian hot chocolate! You can then take your chocolate in a pretty golden box, good appetite!
