Itinerary Details

Our restaurant service was born with the desire to offer typical Romagna dishes.
Through the cooking classes we try to convey our experience and passion for pasta made with a rolling pin.

With your hands in the dough: we will prepare a filled pasta (cappelletti or ravioli), tagliatelle and combed garganelli.
At the end we will release the recipes and the suggestions for the seasonings. But it is not finished here, we will also prepare sweet noodles, from an ancient recipe, to be enjoyed at the end of the meal.
