Witness amazing views of Hobart and surrounds from the summit. On our descent from the mountain enjoy a short easy walk around the amazing Exhibition Gardens at the midway point "The Springs" There's also time to purchase a hot drink.

Stop At: Cascades Female Factory Historic Site
View the remains of Australia’s most significant historical sites for women, the Female Factory was the female equivalent of Port Arthur and was used to hold both women and children throughout the 1820’s. It was a terrible place with only the most basic of facilities. Some ruins of the original building and walls still exist.
