Sicilian Pizza Making by the Sea

You will learn the art of preparing, decorating and cooking traditional Sicilian pizza. Guaranteed fun with your friends and relatives! During the course you will follow the advice and examples of the pizza Chef Mimmo Siciliano. The course includes the demonstration and preparation by the participants of the classic pizza dough and that with whole wheat flour. At the end all participants will eat their pizzas served at the table accompanied by a mix of bruschetta, with drinks and local wine included. The course will be held at "Ahoy Bistró Siciliano" in the seafront of Giardini Naxos.
