The session will begin with a guided meditation, where an expert instructor will accompany you on an internal journey to connect with yourself. Along with breathing exercises, this guide will allow you to release tension and be fully present in the moment.
Once you have reached a state of relaxation and internal connection, you can take a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. This is where the real sound journey begins. Our talented facilitator will play various instruments live, providing a unique and enriching sound experience.
As the instruments sound, the participants will be able to feel the different vibrations that each one of them produces. Quartz and Tibetan singing bowls will fill the space with harmonious vibrations, metal drums will immerse them in deep, resonant tones, and the sweet melody of the flute and drums will add an extra dimension of serenity and harmony.
