This format has been worked on to allow you to discover scuba diving in a small group. The session is private and takes place in the company of a passionate and specialized instructor. Fun and effective workshops to make the most of your exploration, all for a good hour in the water. Departures are from small wild beaches and sheltered creeks of the Estérel, identified by us for the quality of the seabed. We welcome you from Saint-Aygulf to Mandelieu-la-Napoule on various sites such as the Ile des Vieilles, the Cap Roux marine reserve and many others. You can even enjoy the site for a lazy day if you wish because the places are public. Equipment and materials are included, you don't have to bring anything except your swimsuit, a towel, water and your smile. Simple, safe and sharing atmosphere with many encounters!

Two formats are then possible:
1) You have already done a scuba diving baptism
All together in the water! You start with simple workshops that will allow you to acquire the autonomy necessary to follow your instructor in complete safety. Then you leave in his company, for an exploration of the reliefs to discover the Mediterranean ecosystem.
2) You have never done scuba diving
Everyone in turn! The session begins with a baptism of 10 to 15 minutes for each participant in order to have a first successful experience and an instructor just for you.
After a complementary group workshop, you leave for a 40-minute exploration of the coasts. Finally, you will return to the edge to dry off and discuss the encounters and landscapes.
