I'll have the pleasure of sharing this unique experience with you, cooking together the authentic recipes of Venetian cuisine and teaching you the techniques to carry them out.
I will lead you on a journey of discovery that will start from the historic Rialto market in the beating heart of the city, where we'll choose the best seasonal ingredients to prepare and cook an authentic Italian meal.
We will talk about the history of the market and its delicacies before heading to my typical Venetian house with its lovely private courtyard.
In my cooking workshop we will have fun preparing a 3-course meal step by step including: a first course of homemade pasta or gnocchi from scratch. A traditional second course of fish, meat or vegetables and finally a dessert; which you can replicate to surprise your guests once you get home.
End your class by sitting down to enjoy the meal together with a tasting of local wines.

Monday the fish market is closed, we will focus on meat and vegetables.
Sunday the whole market is closed, we will focus more on the cooking class.
