Open kayak adventure in the Lower section of Ter River that is home to friendly gentle rapids and abundant wildlife. Perfect to enjoy with friends or family. You’ll find yourself surrounded by exuberant vegetation as the river meanders down the valley and your open kayak is the best craft to explore every corner of it.
Open kayaks are user-friendly and can be steered easily even without experience. They have great stability allowing us to paddle down the river without effort whilst enjoying the scenery and the many bird species inhabiting the banks of the river. You will be accompanied by one of our professional and knowledgeable guides, who will teach you the basic paddling techniques and explain the safety measures to be adopted during the descent.
Our guides know every rapid and bend of the river by heart and will help you and give you important tips about the rapids, their dangers and how to manoeuvre around them. They will also help you recover your kayak and paddle in case you flip (the kayak goes upside down) – Yes, this can and may happen to you ;)
