Supervised by a pastry chef and a cultural facilitator, you will not only learn the precise techniques but also the "little tricks" of the great pastry chefs who will allow you to easily reproduce these desserts at home. You will also live an immersive experience in the history of French pastry making and discover many cultural anecdotes on the culinary arts. A small group of 10 people maximum which allows everyone to train and the trainers to give you personalized advice. All in a warm Atelier Loft that will immerse you in an atmosphere of relaxation and conviviality.

Itinerary Details

You will make various desserts based on French, Swiss and Italian meringue as well as the creams that accompany them: with lemon, chestnuts, whipped cream and learn how to make the assemblies. You will discover the history of Pavlova and many other cultural anecdotes around these desserts. We will discuss the history of French pastry making and the major trends that have gone through the ages. A workshop that combines pastry practices and techniques with the cultural dimension of the culinary arts.
