E-Bike, Apulian Sandwich and Wine

We start from Monopoli, a lively town full of life with an ancient village to visit together with the small castle on the pier, towards Savelletri, a sought-after tourist resort renowned for its wonderful beaches: where a tasty stop awaits us at the traditional local delicatessen A place from other times where we will taste excellent sandwiches prepared by the landlord Minguccio who creates gastronomic solutions with passion and professionalism by combining products from the land of Puglia with a pinch of extravagance, accompanied by a glass of wine. Along the way back we will consume the seasonal fruits, harvesting them directly from the trees (figs, fioroni, pears, blackberries, mulberries). It will not be a tourist experience, not a classic e-bike tour but a small adventure: local life, away from crowded places.
