This luxury tour is designed for our guests to see the best of the Montville-Maleny Hinterland and get an all-around experience of its treasures. Our tour captures the picturesque natural scenery, forest and landscapes, the local art and crafts, novelty shops, local wine, chocolate tasting and incredible panoramic views along the range throughout the day. Our tour is guided by an experienced host providing commentary throughout the day. Our tour bus is a premium vehicle with air-conditioning, sunroof, sun curtains, a fridge, and reclining seats. Each seat has a usb charging port too, for you to charge your phone and camera.

Our first stop is at the top of Mapleton Falls for tea and coffee compliments of Joel's Journeys. This location offers incredible views looking over the Obi Obi Valley and subtropical rainforest all around.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Montville
We provide our guests with sufficient time to explore the many novelty shops and art galleries in this cozy mountain top village, whilst also having time to choose one of the many restaurants or eateries for lunch along this stretch.

Stop At: Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve
At Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve you will be spoilt in this remnant rainforest with many giant old native trees and an abundance of birdlife. Some of the birds here make the most unusual sounds. Across the road from the park you will be mesmerised by the view of the Glass House Mountains.

Panoramic views at McCarthy's Lookout with the most incredible uninterrupted view of the Glass House Mountains.
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: Gerrards Lookout
As we make our way back out of the Maleny region, we will visit the best panoramic lookout on the mountain, where you can see the entire Sunshine Coast from Noosa down past Caloundra. You even see Moreton Island from up here.

Maleny Chocolate Company's chocolates are highly regarded for their quality and you will indulge in a delicious chocolate tasting here, which is included. Afterwards, you'll have some time to explore the main street of Maleny.

After a short drive higher up the mountain range, our friends at Montville's picturesque vineyard and winery will be ready to take you through a delicious wine tasting. Panoramic views from the country to the coast will be enjoyed from up here as well.
