I flew in from Ireland, arriving at Terminal 5 in O'Hare airport. I am not sure what I was expecting, but the voucher gave no advice whatsoever about how I would be picked up. The only contact I had was the phone number for Airport Express Chicago. I rang them 4 times before I got through to an operator who explained I had to take the transit train to Terminal 1, where the Airport Express had a desk. It took a 5th phone call to get a fix on the location of the desk.
I left the airport two hours after I arrived.
While in fairness the traffic into downtown Chicago was horrendous, the driver will have a heart attack, he was so stressed by the drive in.
Not impressed guys. At the very least, there should have been explicit directions on the voucher telling prospective customers how to get to the kiosk.
