Extremely organized and fun. Saw 3 turtles and a lot of fishes! Our guide Fernando was extremely helpful and concerned about all the customers. Our photographer, Eddie was taking pictures of everyone at all times. Very satisfied with the tour.

The guide was so experienced and tried to show us as much as possible. Unfortunately I had a seasickness and could not dive at all of the spots but still enjoyed the tour. Thanks to all staffs!

Total snorkel Cancun was great - our guide Robert was awesome, but the boat was not seaworthy with the amount of weight and rough seas. Not to mention visibility was pretty poor. Transport Iona was smooth and they give you a free photo. Not sure it was worth $70pp

This is a good value for the price. Our guide and our captain (I think it was Robert) were very good and informative. However, their ladder to climb back in to the boat was missing the bottom half making it very difficult to get out of the water. My wife injured her shoulder trying to pull herself up after the first attraction and didn't want to get back in the water for the turtles or the shipwreck. The captain was very nice and steered the boat so she could see the turtles from the boat. We found out the next day that she actually separated her shoulder. The broken ladder was not good. Beyond that, It's a good trip if you like snorkeling in open water. It was a little rough for me, I think I'll stick to the Cenotes from now on.
