North Shore Stables is the product of equine enthusiasm x community devotion. Our mission is to provide access to equine activities, at an affordable price. Learning about horsemanship, and building relationships with these majestic animals should be an opportunity that is accessible to all, not just those who can afford to take care of a horse on their own. With over 15 acres of beachfront ranch, we provides an experience of scenic views unlike any other on the island. Since 1803, when the first horses were brought to the islands, Hawaiians have had a love affair with their faithful companions. Today you have the opportunity to experience one of Hawaii’s most inspiring oceanfront trails and nature rides. Our beautiful horses will take you on an adventure through a working farm, past lush native plants, and along the majestic Pacific Ocean. Bring your camera or have your guide capture you on this sensational equine experience.
What to Wear
- Closed toe shoes are required for this ride.
- Wearing long pants and sunglasses are recommended.
- Helmets are provided and are required for this ride.
- Backpacks, bags, and bulky equipment will not be allowed on the horse for the ride.
Age Requirements
- People ages 10 years old & up are welcome!
- Child care services are available for kids under 6 years old (CALL TO SCHEDULE)
Weight Limit
The weight limit is 200 lbs, HOWEVER, we can make an exception for up to 2 riders.
2 mules are available for riders over 200 lbs.
