With born and raised Caprese chef, Gianluca, guests will experience authentic island cuisine from a family of island chefs. Bringing professionalism and attention to detail from 12 years of restaurant ownership, combined with a relaxed and welcoming garden setting, guests will hand pick fruits and vegetables from the garden and cook in an artisan outdoor kitchen in a villa in Anacapri! His Australian wife, Holly, will entertain guests with stories of life, culture and history from her experience raising their 2 children and living year round on an intriguing island.

Learn how to cook a traditional Caprese 3 course meal from a local chef using recipes passed down through the family for generations.
The experience includes Chef demonstration and hands on participation with a side of good conversation and insight into the origins of the ingredients and dishes.
With a focus on sustainability, guests can harvest the organic fruits and vegetable to cook with directly from the garden and will also enjoy a tasting session of our organic sott’olio vegetables, extra virgin olive oil and wine varieties.
Guests will remember their experience long after they’ve left the island with take home digital recipes and photos and a locally made apron, along with the option to purchase our Campania grown produce that we ship globally to bring the taste of Southern Italy into kitchens around the world!
