With born and raised Caprese chef, Gianluca, guests will enjoy an authentic experience from a family of island chefs. Bringing professionalism and attention to detail from 12 years of restaurant ownership, combined with a relaxed and welcoming garden setting, guests will hand pick fruits and vegetables from the garden and learn how to make gelato and sorbet in an artisan outdoor kitchen in a villa in Anacapri! His Australian wife, Holly, will entertain guests with stories of life, culture and history from her experience raising their 2 children and living year round on an intriguing island.

Upon arriving at our outdoor kitchen in our garden, guests will harvest fresh fruits and herbs to make gelato and sorbet.
Guests will learn how to make 1 gelato and 1 sorbet variety using our professional gelato making machine, participating to prepare each flavor and garnishes, while enjoying a homemade brunch/aperitivo with beverages.
Guests will then relax in our garden dining area and sample a range of other gelato/sorbet combination flavours before the freshly prepared gelato and sorbet are ready to enjoy with a cone, cup or waffle.
