We booked this tour, but were too exhausted from hiking in Pokhara so we decided to do something a bit lighter on our muscles. Someone from the agency came to our hotel and arranged everything with us. They called the night before and we discussed our issue. The following morning they came to meet us to discuss our day and adding additional tours for my friend who stayed longer. They were professional and extremely helpful. It was great that they were so understanding and accommodating of us. We really appreciated the attention.
