We also try to educate guests on the proud First Nation people who inhabited this land for thousands of years. This trip is suitable for adventurous people of all ages, with a basic level of fitness.

The tour was a different and nice way to hike in the Lynn Canyon Park and bike in the Fraser Valley. Our tour guide, Paul, was very nice and friendly too.

Paul is a great and knowledgeable guide. His genuine pleasure and excitement about his work is contagious which made the day even more pleasant. I can highly recommend the tour. Physically it's not tough, there are plenty of moments to rest and the views are great. We were lucky with one of the best spring weather possible, but even on a dreary day I would have liked the trip.

Paul was a lovely guide and knowledgeable, however i was disappointed in the wilderness aspect, was nothing wilderness about the bike riding. Lunch was lovely but location of it was below average. Sorry Paul, just my opinion. Felt it was over priced compared to other tours i did on holiday.
