They will arrive at the first restaurant BI SACH CHROUK ( Rice with Pork ) which is a traditional Cambodian breakfast eatery. I will sit down with the guest and explain about why Cambodians eat this food and also the history of Cambodia. The guest will have 30 mins to eat and brief about this history.

Stop At: Wat Phnom
The second experience will be a tour to the local market where we will eat fresh noodles called BANH SUNG (Authentic Fresh Noodles) This will be the history about how the noodles are made and how Vietnam influenced this cuisine on the Cambodians. (This will be 30 mins)

Stop At: Central Market
The third part of the food tour will be (HOT STONE) This is the final tasting, the traditional hot stone where beef is served marinated in Khmer spice served with rice or bread. History about this dish will be explained to the guests.
