Wow....nothin like it! "living" art that will melt :(
It's bigger and better than expected (as seen in a Hallmark movie).
It's interesting to know a bit more about the reality of staying here.
It was on our "bucket list" (at least) to see it even if we didn't stay here.
It's a must do....

If you only do one thing while in Quebec, you must see and your the ice hotel. It has 42 rooms, the most beautiful ice sculptures and is truly an amazing architectural feat!

City tour...driver was funny and knowledgeable

Hotel was fascinating but a guided tour may be better than self guided

The two tours together would be too much. It was great to take a break

Jean Pierre was an excellent guide for the city tour. We had a different guide for the Ice Hotel. This tour was fantastic! Our visit to the Ice Hotel was on the last day before it would be torn down for the season. Both tours were informative and interesting. Quebec City is a beautiful place to visit! I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting later in the year (November through March) when the Ice Hotel re-opens with a new theme.

Our city guide was well informed and communicated effectively with visitors from different countries. The ice hotel trip was worth it.
