Pisa is not just the Leaning Tower, it is much more! The walking tour begins in Vittorio Emanuele II square, and it ends up in Piazza dei Miracoli. We will start our tour with some modern art, with the murales by the pop artist Keith Haring, then we will cross the river on the most famous bridge Ponte di Mezzo and we will explore the old streets of Borgo Stretto. Then we'll discover the heart of Pisa: Piazza delle Vettovaglie. Later we will visit Piazza dei Cavalieri, with a focus on the Medici family, and then we'll continue to Piazza dei Miracoli. We will start with the history of the Duomo, then the Baptistery, and last but not least the Leaning Tower. During our walk, we will also talk about the typical food of Pisa, and I will give you some tips about my favourite places. What are you waiting for? Andiamo :) - The guide at the end of the tour expects to be rewarded with a tip, but you choose how much to leave (the classic average it's 10 euros per person). -

We will talk about the middleage renactment that takes place on top of this bridge, every year.

At the end of the walking tour you will be at the world-famous UNESCO protected monumental complex of the Cathedral of Pisa and Leaning Tower, known as the Square of Miracles. We will explore the monuments from outside, and we will finish in front of the Leaning Tower at 12.30.
