Innisfallen Island is a real hidden gem in Killarney. The monastery on Innisfallen was founded in the 7th century making it older than the monastery on Skellig Michael. Innisfallen is a magical place, with beautiful flora and fauna, if your lucky you might even see some of the Sika deer that live on the island. Ruins of a 12th century Augustinian Priory & Romanesque Church are still on the Island today for you to explore. There is limited access permitted to the island daily so be sure to book your place.

Ruins of a 12th century Augustinian Priory & Romanesque Church are still on the Island today. Our tours leave daily on our traditional red boats at Reen Pier (near Ross Castle) from 10am-5pm daily and last 1-1.5 hrs.
