More than just a Pisco tasting, this is a journey into the realm of Peru's national liquor with different Pisco varieties to try and cocktails to learn to make individually with our friendly bartender. At Marcelo Batata Cooking Class we utilize only the best Pisco varieties available from the Cuatro Gallos vineyard located in the Ica Valley of Peru. We will provide the opportunity to enjoy various bite sized appetizers from our restaurants (UCHU Peruvian Steakhouse and Marcelo Batata) during this course and will learn to accompany our fantastic drinks with classic Peruvian dishes that you can then enjoy during the rest of your meals throughout your trip.
