Explore Thessaloniki during World War I through a live action murder mystery role playing game, taking place the night before the Great Fire of 1917, at a multi-venue that was a hostel at the time.

Take the role of a sleuth and a suspect in a whodunnit game.

12 people of different origins and walks of live spend the night before the Great Fire of August 1917 at a hostel near the port and become suspects for Yacko the hostel manager's death.

Bensussan Khan was a 19th century hostel near the port which survived the fire. The roles are incarnated not by actors, but by the participants themselves.

Following an short introduction on Thessaloniki in 1917 (ethnic communities, the city's historic role in World War I, its architectural features before the fire etc), up to 12 participants will take interactive roles as suspects for the murder and the rest will question them as amateur sleuths.
