The falls drop into a tranquil pond which takes it source from the Potrero river, originating at Orosi Volcano. With a white sandy beach that’s perfect for swimming and sunbathing, these falls are considered among the most spectacular in Costa Rica. You have the option of relaxing to the sounds of nature or engage in a small walk that will lead you to a second natural pond.
