At Damo Surf Camp, we are dedicated to providing everyone with the most advanced surfing techniques and equipment. We want to make this amazing journey unique. We are focused on a personalized way of teaching, knowing that everyone evolves at different times. Our goal is to prepare you to be an independent surfer able to catch green, unbroken waves! There is no better feeling in the world other than surfing. Surfing and traveling are a way to be free, to meet people, discover ourselves and our passions. Surfing has changed the life and lifestyle of many. We aim to share these feelings and emotions that come from the sea.

It's never too late to learn how to surf! Experience the best way to enjoy the 79 fahrenheit Costa Rican waters by the hand of Damo Surf Camp.
Our first surf lessons consist of 30 minutes on surfing theory and water safety, touching topics such as conditions, tides, different kinds of waves and how to read them, wind, swell and signals. Later on we'll go through a few drills to make sure you have a solid base and technique. And it's time to hit the water! Once we are in the ocean, every student will have personalized attention from our instructors to guide you through the process and help you catch your firsts waves! A unique and matchless experience. By the end of the lesson our goal is to have you be as independent as possible knowing which waves to catch and how to stand up completely alone!
All our lessons last a total of 2 hours. All of our experienced surf instructors would go above and beyond to make sure you stand up, surf and enjoy this ocean as much as possible!
