Here the travelers will appreciate the folklore of a unique indigenous village of Guatemala. Admire the majestic colonial church of 1674. Learn about the customs of the peole and observate ladies doing their laundry at the main square. Get to know a family that has perfected the technique of carving jade and learn about the importance of this gem to the mayan culture.

Stop At: Ciudad Vieja

The village stands out from many other thanks to its unique hand made textiles made using the famous back strap loom technique. Enjoy a museum with a valuable collection of fine textiles.
