With two decades of sushi-making experience, Chef Harold leads cooking classes known for their fun, upbeat atmosphere. You'll learn all there is to know about homemade sushi-making and you'll get to enjoy plenty of fresh, chef-approved sushi!

In this sushi fundamentals class, you'll get to make two staple types of sushi: uramaki and temaki. You'll warm up by learning to cook classic miso soup. Then, you’ll learn the secrets to making perfect sushi rice before you master sushi-rolling with a shrimp tempura hand roll, a spicy tuna roll and a California roll.

These cooking classes are designed to be fun, social events, so no previous cooking experience is required to make something tasty. Feel free to purchase any drinks from the venue to enjoy throughout the class!
