The experience begins upon arrival Farm.One's neighborhood farm at 625 Bergen St. Please arrive a little bit prior to your tour start time. Led by a Farm.One staff member, this unique experience includes: - An overview of hydroponics and how growing plants without soil is possible - A private walkthrough of the facility to see how rare culinary plants grow from seed to harvest, with tastings along the way of different rare herbs, microgreens, and edible flowers - A closer look at Farm.One's cutting-edge technology that allows them to produce, manage, and sell their indoor-grown produce - A speciality 0% ABV beverage and salad bite to bring in an even deeper culinary lens to the experience Please note that upon entering the farm, all visitors are subject to strict bio-security protocol which includes donning protective clothing and decontamination.
