Start your tour with the visit of the prestigious Moet and Chandon Champagne house in Epernay, the Champagne Capital. Easily boasting one of the largest Champagne cellars in the world, this luxury Champagne house is home to some 17 miles (28 km) of underground tunnels where their world-famous sparkling wine matures. As you tour this incredible labyrinth of chalk cellars with your guide, learn about the magical process of turning standard white wine into something fizzy! Hear about humidity levels and temperature control, and, see for yourself how the bubbles get into each bottle. At the end of your 1-hour walking tour around the cellars, sample a glass of Moet Champagne and discuss its complex creation with the fellow Champagne lovers in your group.

The family has continued to build on the know-how of their ancestors, producing different champagnes. The family specialises in creating champagnes with an exceptionally fresh palate, characterised by authenticity and the distinctive flavour of the terroir.
