After class, at your option, we can call you a taxi. While waiting for a taxi you can out our licensed backyard Cannabis and worm gardens. Everyone is welcome, including families with children, meat lovers, vegetarians, vegans, anyone with food allergies, virgin cooks, and accomplished chefs can all be found in any 10 AM class. We adjust each student's ingredients according to their individual dietary needs.

Chef LeeZ 5-dish cooking class begins at 10 AM with a tour of the local street market which is in front of the meeting point ( a 500 baht value FREE). Learn: Tom Yum Chili paste, Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai, Massaman curry beef, sticky rice mango. Your chef will walk you through each step, prep the ingredients for each dish one dish at a time, then cook that dish, then eat the dish you just created. You will repeat this for each of the dishes. One dish at a time. After class, while you wait for your taxi, you can tour our licensed backyard cannabis garden (and our worm castings system (a 1000 baht value FREE). Can worms Earth?

Pad Thai

4 c cooked rice
150 g prawn, shelled and deveined
2 eggs
1 Onion, ut into wedges
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
¼ c cooking oil
Fresh vegetables: cucumber, spring onion, lettuce, lime wedges,
shredded spur chili and coriander for garnish

Additional Information

Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat until hot, fry onion and prawn until done ( prawn turns pink).
