Make then eat 6 Brazilian favorite recipes, and make unlimited caipirinhas! Have fun with a carioca while you explore Brazilian food culture! Our cooking class participants have a blast at a Brazilian kitchen, with a vivacious Carioca chef that will enlighten them about Brazilian food, culture and customs.
You'll visit a Brazilian supermarket with our chef who will show all the unique Brazilian products available that are worth bring back as gifts and souvenirs (just this will save you tons, as most of our suggestions are very delicious, exotic and extremely affordable).
We will then head to our culinary studio where you will make several appetizers all while holding a caipirinha (the fun way to cook!). Then you will make our main dish, then eat! To finish this lively, hand-on, cultural experience we will finish with either the signature "Brigadillo" dessert (our invention) or with a "batida de coco" alcoholic drink lesson.
