TOUR DETAILS : Please read and understand all the details before booking !!! 1) Guide hours 1700 to 2300 (Winter) or 1800 to 0000 (Spring or Fall) *Tour time varies depending on the season (sunset time) * Choice of Plan A or Plan B Package Please refer to the itinerary and choose A or B upon booking 2) 2 to 5 Pax = Mazda Premacy Standard SUV 6 to 7 Pax = 7 seater Minivan 8 to 9 Pax = 9 seater Minivan ■ An overview of the Tokyo city night view scenery with no shopping and no dinner break. ■ Have your dinner first before the tour start. This tour has no meal break. ■ Regular shops may be closed due to night hours. ■ This is Tokyo tour by a native driver guide in Basic English. ■ Private transport guide in Tokyo. ■ 2 way transport if end destination is hotel. ■ Get ready and wait at hotel lobby by least 5 minutes before pick-up time. ■ For pick-up from Narita Airports or outside central Tokyo area (Tokyo suburbs area, Yokohama, Saitama etc.) to start the tour will have additional costs of 5,000 yen per pax. (Price excluded from the package) ■ If a guide driver can be arranged during the regular season, reservations can be made up to one day in advance. *It is recommended to book 1 - 2 months in advance for peak season. ■ Regular Tour : 1-9 pax ■ For more than 9 pax : Please consult us. BEFORE BOOKING THE TOUR : 1) Please take note that this is a Night View Tour that start from evening and pick-up only from Hotels. 2) Additional fees will apply at 5000 yen per pax for pick-up at all Airports/Port/Saitama/Yokohama and pay cash to our Guide before he start the car on actual day. Or click on our additional option for the additional pick-up location to pay for the additional fees. Failure to comply with this rule will result in rejection of the tour on actual day. 3) All these plans are meant for normal season ONLY. In the event of super peak season, places or timing may swap, cancel or change due to heavy traffic congestion. 4) Our guide hours are STRICTLY within our stated hours. So please refrain from add-on additional or change to new place without prior notification or agreement from us. Any change or add-on without prior agreement will result in additional fees charge on actual day of 10,000 yen for extension of hours. AFTER BOOKING THE TOUR : ■ Confirmation email will send out within 48 hrs Japan Time. ■ Please acknowledge and reply to our message when received ■ Special requests is acceptable only if within the stated routes, guide hours and subject to availability with prior discussion and agreement from all parties ■ Provide us the accurate Hotel Name and Location for pick-up. ■ Please install whats app or LINE for texting purpose for pick-up and tour matters coordination ■ HM Tour reserves the right to amend , cancel or replace any spots due to weather , traffic condition and seasons. All meeting time at each spot should follow strictly or otherwise will result in additional fees or cancellation on spot if unduly behaviour by guests.
