Departing from Las Vegas, drive through the Mojave desert and make a brief stop at Joshua Tree Forest on your way to Grand canyon West. Once you have arrived at the Hualapai Reservation, you'll have 3 hours to explore and enjoy spectacular views from Eagle Point and Guano Points. The world-famous glass bridge Skywalk is an option at Eagle Point. On the return trip to Vegas, enjoy a short photo stop on the Hoover Dam bridge followed by a brief stop at Hemenway Park in Boulder City for a chance to see the local Bighorn Sheep.

Before you hit Vegas, you'll make a stop at the Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge for a photo op. This is an arch bridge that spans the Colorado River between the states of Arizona and Nevada. The bridge is 890 feet above the Colorado River. The bridge consists of four lanes and alleviates a number of problems associated with the old U.S. 93 that passed over the Hoover Dam itself.
