On average this trip includes a 30 minutes preparation time 1 hour paddling exploration in Vourvourou bay and Diaporos island and 2 hours free time for swimming, snorkeling, snacks, fruits, relaxation, photographs and more. We start this tour with a short lesson on the beach to go over the elements of kayaking including safety issues, proper paddling techniques, steering and stability tips. We learn also the various details of our journey.
Then we paddle in the calm waters of Vourvourou bay, heading over to one of the beaches on the south side of Diaporos island.
On the beach, we will have our first rest stop to swim and snorkel in the crystal blue waters of the small bay and to take photographs of the beautiful scenery.
Then we will have another stop, where we will stretch our legs and enjoy a quick refreshing swim and snorkeling in the cool waters. We get on top of the rock formations to admire the stunning Sunset view and to capture the tranquility with our cameras! Here usually we indulge in our healthy snacks and fresh fruits to regain all our physical and mental powers for the trip back.
