Jet Ski is the most popular water sport activity. You don't need any special knowledge, preparation or licence in order to drive it. As a matter of fact the only requirement is to know how to swim. Before you start a tour you will get a brief explanation how to use Jet Ski and also you will be informed about safety regulations. Tho most of the time you will be sitting it will be very physical demanding because you will keep your body tight to a vessel. So it's not only a great fun and excitement but it is also a good workout for the whole body.
