Local and seasonal product are always unique. Somewhere else, not too far away it's already some other variation. During this walk we will visit the Zagreb's famous farmer's market Dolac to see, learn and taste seasonal an local ingredients and foods. Local people's culture is defined by foods people stick by for centuries. What they eat, when they eat certain foods, how they prepare it. We will mix two popular ways of discovery : the food and the culture. My first Zagreb Food Tour started in 2015 and since then many travelers have been mixing it with a culture and history tour of Zagreb. We will visit Kaptol (the cathedral from outside), the oldest part of Zagreb, the Dolac farmer's market (next to the cathedral) and the Tkalciceva Street, the animated medieval street popular for its cafés, bars and small restaurants.
