• Your driver will be waiting for you in front of the Pharmacy (left side after the electronic doors) holding a sign with your name on it
• We are glad to accomodate foldable wheelchairs when the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• The duration of transfers is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• This is a private service. Only members of your party will participate

• In the event that a day time train is delayed, and the new arrival time implies a night time service (from 9pm to 7am), you will have to pay a supplement of € 20 to the driver
