Early morning pick-up from your hotel in Cusco

Stop At: Ollantaytambo

Drive to Ollantaytambo where you will catch the train to Km 104, the starting point of the Inca Trail

Duration: 2 hour

Stop At: Inca Trail

- Hike for approximately 6 hours to the famous Inca ruins of Wiñay Wayna - Continue hiking to Inti Punku (the Sun Gate) and catch your first glimpse of Machu Picchu from above

Stop At: Aguas Calientes

Descend to the town of Aguas Calientes and check into your hotel for the night Optional visit to the hot springs in Aguas Calientes

Day 2 Machu Picchu - Cusco

Stop At: Machu Picchu
