We will drive from Denver for about an hour and a half to the beginning of the hike.
There are 2 different options depending how long people want to hike.
One option is to Lost Lake which is about 4 miles. It takes about a hour and a half to get up and a hour back down.
The other option is to crater lakes which is 6 miles total and almost 3 hours up to 2 lakes and a hour and a half down.
The area is beautiful and a chance to see some wildlife. In winter we offer this as a snow shoeing tour which is also beautiful and has hardly any people. We will have lunch on the trail or on the way.
