Are you a lover of coffee and sweets? You will find out that Romanians are too. The coffee culture is increasing in Bucharest especially being represented by speciality coffee and we give you the opportunity to test some of them, and to sample cold brew or hot coffees that we love. Ofcourse, we will not forget about sweets and we will stop and eat at least three types of traditional or famous sweets for our city: a traditional sweet "scoverga", a cake invented by a Romanian baker - Joffre at the beginning of the 20th century and a french eclair (yes, they are famous, among the best in Europe). Between tastings, you will visit architectural landmarks and find out interesting stories about how coffee was introduced in Romania and how we suffered without it during communism and also stories of how we like our sweets or how we cook them. Expect interesting surprises!

Stop At: Palatul Regal/Royal Palace
The Royal Palace and its surroundings is representative for the history of the city. The guide will explain you what was the contribution of the monarchy in the traditions related to tea, coffee and sweets in the 19th century. You will also see close to it the Revolution square and find out that coffee was almost not existing in communist Romania.

Romanian Athenaeum is one of the most known emblems of Bucharest and, besides the touristic and cultural attraction, the guide will present you a secret found next to it and it is a sweet secret, still very famous in the city.
