The evening will start off in a charming restaurant in Trastevere. Our chef and guide will meet you there to start off with a hands-on cooking class. You will first make the best tiramisu in the world from scratch. Once that is done, you can either make pasta (fettuccine) and/or potato gnocchi. Both will be done from scratch and our chef will teach you all the secrets and tips to making them both to perfection. Once this is done, you will enjoy a full 5-course meal which will obviously include the pasta or gnocchi, and the tiramisu you prepared. - Duration: 3 hours. - Inclusion: Private hands-on cooking class with a chef and guide, full 5-course meal, welcome prosecco, wine during meal. - We cannot accommodate customers with celiac disease.
