A day tour of Jaipur to explore the most significant places of interest. Explore Jaipur- the capital of the state of Royal Rajasthan; famous for its forts, palaces, museums and other monuments, handloom, exquisite jewelry, precious and semi precious gem stones, carpets, miniature paintings and carvings, royal dresses, antique furniture, frescoes and more. Begin the sightseeing tour with a photo stop at the Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds). Stop At: Amber Palace

After Pick up from you hotel around 9 am, drive to Amber Fort. The traditional fortress of the Kacchawaha kings is at Amber (Amer), so this is the logical place from which to begin your exploration. The majestic 16th century Amber Fort, on top of a hill, dominates the landscape and is Jaipur’s biggest monument. Our Tour Guide will explain you all history and architecture.

Stop At: Jal Mahal

The Jal Mahal was built by Maharaja Madho Singh I to serve as a lodge for his duck hunting parties. The Mahal is a testament to the bond that was formed between the Rajput’s and Mughal Empire. The architecture of the palace has resemblance of both types of construction. The beauty of the palace was the enhanced by many generations of Maharajas. For example Maharaja Jai Singh II added to the beauty of the palace by creating gardens to make the Jal Mahal more picturesque. After generations of creativity we today have the magnificence of the “water palace”.

Stop At: Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind

Hawa Mahal means the 'Palace of Winds' or the 'Wind Palace'. It has 953 small windows (Jharokas), they were built to keep the wind blowing inside the palace. It was a summer retreat for many Rajputs families during olden times. Hawa Mahal is one of the major attractions in Jaipur

Stop At: City Palace of Jaipur

A complex of courtyards, gardens and buildings, the impressive City Palace is right in the centre of the Old City. The outer wall was built by Jai Singh II, but within it the palace has been enlarged and adapted over the centuries. There are palace buildings from different eras, some dating from the early 20th century. It is a striking blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture
