Master cooking techniques like how to chop vegetables, shape gyoza dumplings perfectly and roll sushi with a variety of ingredients, and create balled dough filled with octopus before you sit down to share the meal you helped prepare with Chikako. Your homemade Japanese feast may include traditional Japanese dishes such as takoyaki, gyoza and maki or inari sushi as well as side dishes such as seasoned and marinated vegetables.
